This Site applies no pesticides, performs no inspections and holds no pesticide business licence or applicator certification of any kind.

Compliance is the partner's obligation. It is required to hold the pesticide business licence issued by the Pesticide Regulation Section of the Maryland Department of Agriculture, to designate at least one certified pest control applicator in each category in which it works, to maintain proof of general liability insurance as a condition of that licence, to follow every product label, and to answer to that department, which also receives complaints against licensed businesses and certified applicators. Written wood-destroying insect findings are issued by the licensee on the state's Form MD-1. Where a job involves a jurisdiction outside Maryland, that jurisdiction's own pesticide regulator applies instead.

This Site has not audited any partner's licence, certification or insurance and warrants nothing about their currency or scope. The licence number is available on request by calling (855) 974-4733, or from the technician who contacts you about scheduling, and can be requested before any product is applied; it is kept off these pages for the partner's privacy. Verification rests with the reader, through the Maryland Department of Agriculture's public licence and applicator searches.
